The luxury and cleanliness of Burj Al Arab Jumeirah make it stand out. The outstanding view over the sea is truly breathtaking. The staff here go the extra mile to provide exceptional care. Its stunning location is so close to attractions like the "Atmospere" restaurant in Burj Kalipar, the tallest in the world, Madinat Jumeirah, and the Wild Wadi Water Park.

A private safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a mini-fridge-bar in the room, great location.

Design & overall
Breakfast, waitress ask us to wait, we wait about 5mins, one couple just coming already serve them, but we still waiting outside. Finally i'm asking the waitress how long i still want to wait, the waitress only say sorry & ask us the take a sit. When i'm taking the breakfast, i only know actually waitress will introduce all the food for the tenant, but we dont have any one to serve us.

Really great stay, we were there for 1 day. The staff was very very nice and pleasant, fantastic service. The breakfast was above average and stunning with the view is stunning, worth the price. Its location was marvellous next to the aquarium. There was a signature restaurant nearby.

The room, the life-size amenities of the Hermès brand. All very fine and a concern for details of exquisite and refined taste. The staff showing a constant friendliness and cordiality to make your stay exceptional. Everyone makes you feel like the most important passenger in the hotel. My hostess was Heart. Charming and delicate, she cared for us during our stay as much as Julia Shneider did. From the bellboy to the management are always at your service. Every hotel pales in comparison to the luxury of Burj Al Arab. They spoiled us.
Everything was fantastic. To mention that in our room a buzzing from the scale lighting was disturbing. We were offered to send an electric, truth is that turning off that light solved everything. we just wanted to enjoy our stay.

Deserves its description and the World's most luxurious hotel 100%!
The check in procedure was not good.

Our butler was extremely professional and helpful. Suites are very well design and comfortable. Staffs are very friendly.
Their dinning rooms are not as luxurious as their suites. The food and service can only consider average. As it tends to serve tourist groups. It brings down their standard as they cannot provide the service and the quality of their food.
